Why does Spheric exist?
Every owner we talk to hears the same message: use AI or fall behind. What they don’t hear is how. Thousands of tools, a new must-have every week, and plenty of people selling courses on keeping up. It’s exhausting, and it leaves good, busy owners feeling behind through no fault of their own.
Spheric exists to take that weight off. We find the few AI uses that will genuinely save your team time, build them, and keep them running, so you can get back to running your business.
Where did Spheric come from?
Spheric started in Reno as a marketing and design agency. Building websites, campaigns and follow-up systems for small businesses showed the same pattern again and again: the businesses that grew were the ones whose leads were answered fast and whose customers were remembered. AI made that possible at a new level, so Spheric became what it is today: an AI consulting firm that still understands marketing from the inside.
Who founded Spheric?
Adam Adil Harchaoui, Founder

Serial entrepreneur, AI and cybersecurity expert. Adam Adil Harchaoui works where AI, cybersecurity and business meet. He founded Spheric to fill the gap between AI and cybersecurity. He offers something most AI “influencers” won’t: honest advice, with security and privacy in mind.
His cybersecurity background is why every Spheric setup is built as safety-first AI. It isn’t a feature we sell. It’s how the work gets done.
What does Spheric believe?
- Fewer, better AI wins. Three things that work beat thirty that don’t. We’ll always tell you what to skip.
- Done for you means done for you. Owners don’t need homework.
- Plain English, always. If we can’t explain it simply, we shouldn’t be building it.
- Safe by default. Business-grade accounts, least-access permissions and clear data rules on every project.
- Honest, fixed prices, agreed in writing.
- You own everything. Every tool and automation runs in your accounts, documented.
How does Spheric work with clients?
Spheric is based in Reno, Nevada and works remotely with businesses across the US. We keep our client list small so every business gets direct attention, which is why we ask people to apply. See how it works.
