Working with Spheric takes six steps: apply, get a reply within one business day, a 20-minute AI Clarity Call, a written plan and fixed-price proposal, a done-for-you build with the goal of being live within 30 days, and optional ongoing care. Your total time during a build is about three hours.

What are the steps to implement AI with Spheric?

Step 1: Apply (3 minutes)

A short application about your business, your team and what you’d like AI to take off your plate.

Step 2: We review it personally (within 1 business day)

Adam reads every application. If it looks like a fit, you get a link to book your call. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so and point you to something useful.

Step 3: AI Clarity Call (20 minutes)

We listen to how your business runs and tell you honestly whether AI can help, and where.

Step 4: Your plan and proposal

Usually the AI Game Plan: your top three AI wins in writing, then a fixed-price proposal to build them.

Step 5: We build it (our goal: live in 30 days)

What does “zero homework” mean?

You won’t be asked to research tools, watch tutorials, write prompts or configure software. We need decisions, access to your systems and one person to approve the result. That’s it.
