These terms cover your use of spheric.agency. Work we do for clients is covered by the written proposal and agreement for that project, which take priority over anything on this site.
Information on this site
Our guides, examples and the AI readiness assessment are general information to help you think about AI in your business. They aren’t professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Examples on the site are illustrative unless clearly labeled as client results.
Estimates and timelines
Any hours-saved figures we give are estimates based on the information available at the time. “Live within 30 days” is our goal for a Done-For-You AI Launch, not a guarantee; the timeline for your project is set out in your proposal.
Prices
“Engagements start at $4,997” describes our minimum project size. Every project has its own fixed price, agreed in writing before work begins. Third-party software subscriptions are billed by their providers.
Applications
Submitting an application doesn’t create an agreement or an obligation for either side. We review every application and may decline any of them.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to Spheric. You may share links and short quotes with attribution.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Spheric isn’t liable for losses arising from use of the site’s general information.
