Is the AI Game Plan an AI audit?
It covers similar ground. An AI audit reviews how your business uses, or could use, AI. The Game Plan does that, then goes one step further: it turns the findings into three ranked actions you can take, instead of a long report.
How does the AI Game Plan work?
- Apply and get accepted. We review every application personally.
- Short intake form (5 minutes). Your team, your tools, your biggest time drains.
- Discovery call (45 minutes). We ask how work actually gets done. You talk, we listen.
- Your written plan arrives within 48 hours of the call.
- Walkthrough (20 minutes, optional). We go through it together.
Your total time: about 70 minutes.
How do we estimate hours saved?
We map each task we discuss: who does it, how often, and how long it takes. Then we estimate how much of that time each AI change could realistically remove. The numbers are estimates based on what you tell us, and we label them that way. After anything is built, we measure the real result.
Who is the AI Game Plan for?
It’s for you if you run a business with about 10 to 100 people, you know AI matters, and you want a clear, honest answer about where to start.
It’s not for you if you’re looking for a free list of tools (try the AI readiness assessment and our guides), or you need a large enterprise AI strategy.
